1. QDRC conducts scientific research investigating issues related to psychological development. We help clients （schools, corporations, organisations, and governments) investigate various issues related to psychological development, such as school readiness,academic achievement,school adjustment,parent-child relationships, and impacts of socio-economic status on development.The process includes such activities as identifying target questions,forming hypotheses, designing suitable methods, collecting data, statistically analysing data,describing,explaining, discussing findings, making predictions, and suggesting interventions.

2. QDRC provides consultation services on psychological development. We help clients evaluate their development status, screen for any potential developmental delays or dysfunctions, and refer clients for counselling and clinical services when needed.

We conduct comprehensive evaluation, including various psychological assessments, observation, questionnaires, interview, and product analysis. We can assess cognitive abilities, intelligence, executive functions, creativity, academic achievement, school adjustment, emotion regulation, stress coping, social competence, theory of mind, career interests etc.

3.QDRC designs and executes a range of products and programmes to promote the development of self-regulation，including specialised and individualised training programmes,co-curricular, extra-curricular, as well as camp activities,and education materials(e.g., books, brochures, hand-outs.tools, games, toys, videos , etc.).
